How to Set Up a Basic Business Email Signature in Outlook 2013
A consistent, professional email signature across your team is easier to set up than you'd think.
A clean, consistent email signature makes your business look more professional and gives recipients an easy way to find your phone number or address. In Outlook 2013, signatures are managed under File > Options > Mail > Signatures.
Keep the design simple: your name, title, company name, phone number, and website are usually enough. Avoid embedding large images or overly decorative fonts, since many email clients strip formatting or render it inconsistently, which can make an elaborate signature look broken on the recipient's end.
If you want every staff member using the same signature format, we can help standardize and deploy signatures across your whole team centrally, rather than relying on each person to set theirs up individually.
